This change is more than cosmetic. It’s not just a new logo or a new LinkedIn tagline. It’s a direct response to what our clients have needed for months and what the market already demands.
From a belief to an ecosystem
Eminence was founded in Geneva in 2008 around a simple belief: data would become one of the most strategic assets for businesses. At the time, the focus was on websites, early digital campaigns, and the beginnings of SEO. In its own way, that was already a form of innovation.
Between 2016 and 2024, our clients evolved. Their organizations became more complex, and so did their digital needs. We evolved alongside them, expanding into digital marketing, data, CRM, digital experience, analytics, transformation, and industrial environments. We grew from a specialized digital agency into a partner capable of delivering end to end.
Then came artificial intelligence, data sovereignty, industrial automation, and Web3. New fields, new challenges, and one clear imperative: to give structure to what we had become.
That is how Eminence Group came into being: one shared vision, multiple dimensions of intelligence, one group.
Where we create value
Our clients don't lack tools. They face fragmentation.
A midsize company today may work with ten, sometimes twenty, different providers: an agency for marketing, a consulting firm for strategy, a systems integrator for technology, and another specialist for AI. The result? Scattered data, conflicting perspectives, and blurred accountability.
We believe a company cannot entrust its intelligence, its data, its decisions, and its ability to understand its customers, to multiple providers who don't communicate with one another. It needs a partner who understands the entire ecosystem, from strategy to execution, and ensures a seamless, consistent approach throughout.
That is where we stand: we're not consultants who deliver a report and disappear. We design, we build, and we deploy.
We don't just advise on transformation. We architect it.
Four dimensions, one group
Eminence Group brings together four complementary entities. Each addresses a specific need; together, they cover an organization's entire digital transformation journey.
Eminence Data & Digital remains our foundation: data-driven marketing performance. SEO, GEO, AEO, paid media, CRM, marketing automation, CRO, and digital experience. This is where we help brands better understand their audiences, optimize customer acquisition, and generate measurable returns on investment.
Eminence Industry supports industrial organizations through technological transformation: data architecture, governance, systems interoperability, sovereign AI integration, and Industry 4.0. Industrial challenges are unlike any others: more complex systems, different stakeholders, and strict continuity requirements. We've been building expertise in this field for nearly ten years, working with clients such as Caterpillar even before this entity was formally established.
HybridLLM addresses a question almost every organization is asking today: how can we harness artificial intelligence without losing control of our data? Our Swiss-hosted sovereign AI architecture, designed for regulated sectors such as finance, healthcare, and energy, makes it possible to integrate AI, automation, and intelligent agents without exposing sensitive data to third-party infrastructure around the world.
InsHights turns on-chain data into actionable customer intelligence for Web3 and FinTech companies. While many crypto exchanges and platforms excel technically, they struggle to understand and retain their users. We provide the marketing and analytics expertise and perspective they currently lack.
These four areas of expertise are not four independent companies. They're interconnected: a marketing need may uncover a data challenge; a data project may reveal a need for AI; and an AI transformation may raise questions about technological sovereignty. Our role is to make those essential, strategic connections.
What hasn't changed
This transformation doesn't redefine our values. It gives them a broader framework in which to thrive.
We still believe that opinions are useful, but data is better.
That precision should never depend on the size of a project or market.
That technology is a means, never an end: progress for people and businesses remains the goal.
That our reputation is built on results, not rhetoric. And that everything we build should make our clients more independent, never more dependent.
These principles guided the agency we were in 2008. They guide the group we've become today.

A clear ambition for the years ahead
Our goal isn't to grow simply for the sake of growth. It's to become the go-to full-stack partner across Switzerland, Europe, and the MENA region: a partner capable of guiding an organization from strategy to execution, without disconnects or fragmentation.
We know that a transformation of this scale can't happen overnight. It must be built, tested, and refined. But our direction is clear, and it reflects a reality our clients are already experiencing: they're no longer looking for a collection of specialized providers. They want a partner who can connect strategy, consulting, technology, data, and execution.
That is precisely what we're building.
Eminence Group.
Intelligence that transforms.
A Full-Stack Group.
