BRAIN 360: Turning fragmented data into operational intelligence
A sovereign Data & AI architecture turning fragmented information into operational intelligence.
Objectives & challenges
Unify fragmented data to improve day-to-day operations
The Foundation managed a significant volume of operational information across business systems, payroll software, spreadsheets, emails and other internal sources. This fragmentation made it harder to coordinate employees and service providers, manage technical maintenance and prepare regulatory inspections.
The challenge was not to introduce another disconnected tool. It was to bring existing information into a reliable, secure and accessible environment built around the organisation’s workflows.
The project focused on five priorities:
- Unify information from different sources within a consistent data foundation.
- Simplify employee, role and service-provider management through connected workflows.
- Automate the application of HR and operational rules, including working-time requirements.
- Make compliance information and maintenance records easier to access and act upon.
- Enable AI capabilities to work with the organisation’s own data while preserving security and technological autonomy.
Our approach :
Build one Data Brain connecting information, processes and AI
Eminence Group designed and developed BRAIN 360 around a shared data foundation. Its Data Brain consolidates and reconciles information from multiple existing systems into a common reference layer. This foundation supports the progressive integration of automation and AI capabilities into business workflows.
Rather than assembling disconnected features, the platform brings business data, operational rules and workflows together in one environment.
Key operational modules include:
- Workforce management, centralised employee and position records, with role-based access and responsibilities.
- HR rules and working-time compliance; automated handling of collective labour agreement (CCT) and Swiss Labour Act Ordinance (OLT) requirements, including overtime, 11-hour rest periods and HR alerts.
- Service-provider management; coordination of external resources and supplier invoice workflows.
- Inspection readiness; direct access to the information required for OCIRT inspections and one-click generation of the relevant inspection document.
- Technical maintenance; maintenance schedules, planned visits, tracking and automated alerts.
The result is a unified operational environment designed to make existing information easier to use and everyday processes easier to manage.
Our Strategy
Sovereign by design. Built for real operational needs.
Three principles guided the architecture and delivery of BRAIN 360:
1. Keep data under the client’s control
The solution is hosted within the client’s own environment, giving the organisation control over its data and infrastructure as it introduces AI-enabled processes.
2. Preserve technological ownership and independence
BRAIN 360 was built specifically around the Foundation’s requirements. The client retains ownership of its code and data, without dependence on an external proprietary platform.
3. Deliver value through progressive deployment
An iterative delivery model made it possible to provide early access to the platform and extend functionality module by module based on user feedback and operational priorities.
Eminence Group supported the project end to end: data architecture, AI design, platform development, integration of business rules, progressive deployment and ongoing client support.
One connected data foundation. Integrated processes. Intelligence built into operations.
